Bereavement Notice, 29th March 2010

It is with regret that we need to inform you that Gordon Gibb has passed away after experiencing deteriorating health over the past months.
Until his retirement just over twelve months ago Gordon had worked within the Wilcox organization for 23 years. Over these years he was an integral part in the development of the New Zealand Persimmon Export business. In the Onion trade Gordon had established a strong customer base through out Asia.
Gordon will be remembered for his positive and out going personality which encompassed growers, service providers and customers. He will be sadly missed by the staff and families within the Wilcox Group. We extend our sincere condolences to Patricia, Graeme, Malcolm and Lisa, Steven and Jill and Mr. and Mrs. Gibb snr.
Gordon will always be remembered for starting each day by reciting "It is another day of Golden Opportunity and Glorious Adventure"
